Two beautiful double rooms in my recently refurbished home. Wonderfully powerful shower with a constant supply of hot water, newly remodeled kitchen, full use of all amenities. 30 mgb wifi throughout the house.
The property is under 1. 5 miles to all of Leeds theatre's, a thirty minute walk or a six minute bus ride. The bus stop is a few minutes walk away and is on six major routes into the city so you will never wait long. A taxi in the evening should cost around £4. 50.
The property is exceptionally well served with two convince shops in under 30 meters. There are also miltipul restaurants and takeaways within a few minutes walk and Yorkshire 4th best pub if the mood takes you.
Having spent a fair bit of time on the road myself I understand the importance of a good bed and as such my beds have Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and a small book exchange. I aslo offer you my guides to Leeds, all the local information you could want and I am happy to give run downs on the best places to eat and drink.
The house is smoke free but you are welcome to smoke in the garden , the property is almost pet free, I have an African pygmy hedgehog called Mrs spikey who is no bother.
