Thank you so much to the lady who was checking tickets for tonight's performance of Jersey Boys. Tier 1, door C, blonde hair. She was very kind to my 14 year old daughter who is on crutches at the minute, even checking on her at the interval to see if she was managing the stairs. Fabulous customer service.

It was a fantastic musical with an amazing cast but why oh why did you not stop people on their phones or once they had left the theatre keep letting them back in to disturb everyone. It clearly states on the notice outside stalls right entrance that people will not be allowed in until a suitable break. So why did you not reinforce this? Otherwise it was a 5 star performance.

Attended the concert hall 21st June to see Jason manford. Whilst in the venue my daughter started to feel unwell. Overheating and nauseous and quite faint. We came out early from the first half hoping to cool down. After returning to our seats it became clear that she wasn't getting any better. We decided with regret to leave the show. However once outside the auditorium we were approached by the staff who managed to find us alternative seats in a cooler area. My daughter unfortunately was still feeling unwell so we decided to take her home. The staff approached again and said what a shame it was that Jason was only there for one night as they would have found us tickets for another performance. I would like to take the time to say a huge thankyou for everything they did for us. We are extremely grateful for the kindness and genuine care offered to us. Fantastic customer service all round.

Anyone see Matthew Bourne's Cinderella and sat on the right hand side of the theatre? Or if you are going good luck. Apparently their is a father in a wheelchair, a staircase which Cinderalla comes down, later a bed and a cafe. All of which you won't see if you are sat on the right hand side. A third of the dancing takes place on the right hand corner, so unless you are in the middle of the theatre, you wil miss it. The tickets we had on the dress circle C1 to C9 didn't say restricted view so we paid full price to see 2/3rds of the productions. It really spoilt the night. We had the tickets for nearly a year and left very disappointed. We complained to the manager at the second interval who apologised and offered to move 5 of us but after queing to get in to the ladies toilet there wasn't time for all of us to move before the bell. Anyone have a similiar experience?
