Very helpful nothing is to much trouble

These lovely people have gone above and beyond for me over the past couple of months. Can't say how much I appreciate it, true customer service. Thank you guys

Probably the best company in the industry, big enough to handle anything and small enough to still care, unlike one of their main competitors.

Paul and David literally couldn't help me enough. I inherited a second hand machine but was having problems getting good and consistent results. They gave me over 3 hours of their time talking me (and showing me) through every step of the process for every paper that I'd inherited with the machine. Outstanding customer service and lovely guys to boot. Much appreciated!
