On arrival to the Belfast clinic I was made to feel so welcome and Michelle was fantastic! Very professional and friendly! The new store smelt amazing which then led to me buying the candles for my own home! Can’t wait to come back again for the next treatment!

Very professional service, good quality consultation, laser super quiet and pain free and great offers in their new branch of Metrocentre Newcastle. Emily was informative, knowledgeable and kind. Made me feel secure and sure for my choice.

I haven't had laser yet other than my patch test so will come back for another review after my first session.

I had an excellent Image facial. Therapist was great. But not a fan of the Anne Street decor. It may be bigger but the cold clinical look of the old premises has been replicated but even more so. Ambiance is sorely lacking, lighting was bright and I could see through closed eyes...it turned green which was worse. Facials should be a relaxing experience and the styling hasnt helped. Personally i look for the total experience and decor is an important contributor.

I have to say after finishing a block of 6 laser hair removal treatments in May, I am quite disappointed with the results, there is very minimal hair loss and I am still left with the same issues as before, whilst I appreciate it was never going to achieve 100% hair loss after 6 treatments, I definitely would’ve expected more especially as I was meant to be an ideal candidate with fair skin and dark hair.
