The TA 101 is the official 2 day, (12 hour), introduction to Transactional Analysis. Transactional Analysis (TA), is a theory of personality and offers a range of models that can be used to understand communication and relationships (with yourself and others) Take this exciting and affordable opportunity to learn more about the main concepts of TA. In addition, on completion of the course, (subject to endorsement), you will be awarded an internationally recognised certificate.... You may already recognise some of the main theories and concepts of TA such as; Ego States; Parent – Adult - Child (Psychological) Games – how we might relate to each other both consciously and unconsciously Life Scripts – early decisions as to how we live our lives ‘I’m OK – You’re OK’ Over the two days we will explore these and more, together in a variety of ways such as sharing ideas, experiential exercises and group discussion. This course is packed full of rich learning, delivered in a relaxed and encouraging environment and style and offers the chance to take away a really useful set of tools to use in your personal life and in your work, whatever your occupation or workplace. The TA 101 is delivered by Jan Baker, a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA).
