The Twilight package is a lovely idea. A wonderful way to experience the Spa and the fantastic view from the roof top pool.
The food in this package was disappointing as served cold. We were not the only people to complain that the food was cold. It was clearly microwaved. We were offered alternative but declined. In future I would just book the Spa on an evening and have the same experience at a lower price with out the food.

Great relaxing experience. I recommend going first thing in the morning to avoid rush hour. The highlight of our visit was a lovely group of ladies donning what I can certainly define the most creative set of swimming caps I have ever seen: a crown, colorful butterflies, flowers, you name it. Recommended!

We enjoyed our time here. We hit the twilight through dusk slot and found 2 hours to be ample time to visit everywhere we wanted to go, and for our skin to wrinkle nicely.
It was busy, but not busy busy. Not busy enough to become annoying.
The rooftop pool was our favourite. A little chilly on exit, but then again, it was a mid-October.
The facilities were good, but built for volumes of people. For example, if someone exits the steam room, the steam seems to follow them, and takes a while to build up again.
I'd say prices are steep, but considering you're in the middle of Bath, not ridiculous.

This is the worst bath spa ever. Not sure who are these people writing reviews and how they can rate this place so good. It's dirty, overcrowded and overpriced! It is something unbelievable. How can you ask for ticket £38??? This place should be closed immediately and this is no joke. Two mini and overcrowded pools, smelly towels and robes, hair and dirt everywhere. Please visit some Spa in Central or Eastern Europe!

We have been to many mineral baths in the US, Canada and Central America and this place is easily the worst we have ever seen. I would give it 0 stars if I could. This place is a sham. It has two lukewarm heated pools which are not remotely like a true mineral bath. These are chlorinated swimming pools, plain and simple. Also very crowded on the Sunday we went. People floating on noodles all about, it was like being at a crowded public pool.

The view from the rooftop was great and the sauna and steam rooms were decent, but the crowds kind of ruined what could have otherwise somewhat salvaged the experience. Not at all what you would expect for 37 pounds. This place is a total tourist trap and ripoff that needs to be investigated by the UK authorities for false and deceptive advertising.

My partner and I had a fantastic time here. We pre-booked the twilight package (make sure you book, the queue was always long) and did not regret it one bit. Staff were super friendly and the facility was great. I could have spent so much time on the rooftop pool. At night it is especially beautiful.

Visited a few times, always nice and fairly relaxing and definitely worth every penny.
The reason I can't give 5 stars is mostly down to other people being a bit too loud when it is busy, and even noticed a hen party sneaking in a camera and taking photos before (not allowed). Would appreciate if the staff weren't afraid to take action and enforce the rules to keep a bit more peaceful atmosphere and protect the privacy of those who came to enjoy a calm day at the spa.

My husband and I visited the baths and each had a massage as well. The steam rooms were closed for renovations at the time so we each received a voucher for a return visit. The pools were both great - the one one the roof is very romantic at night with the lights. We were both surprised with the high quality of the massage for the reasonable price. The place does get a bit full though - they didn't have enough showers and the change rooms are cramped.

Great relaxing place for everyone...
Book your time on line or you'll be waiting on queue for a while...all the staff is very friendly and try their best to keep you happy....Restaurant with excellent choices of food and drink..
Only mishap is that they gave me a robe way too small for my frame...I don't know if they have only one size because I saw a few taller guys wearing too small robes....the pool on the top was our favorite because you can admire the
sunset... great experience..relaxing and fun...highly recommended
