Wirral Radio - we had a a great night at the start of our 2nd Birthday Celebration's in Wallasey best local. The buffet was well presented and we had more than we could eat. Friendly team made us feel very welcome. We'll done guys.

Went for a quick beer on Sunday and we decided to have a meal, food was great and very well priced , the lad who was serving us couldn't do enough to help , will be back again soon

Their cask beers are always in great condition. There's bad cask beer, then there's cask beer which hasn't spoiled but is nothing to write home about, then there's perfectly conditioned cask beer. Some pubs don't have the knack of it but The Tele nails it every time!

Lovely Sunday lunch and staff are great. Relaxed atmosphere. great beer.

Love it great staff good friendly boozer and serves cracking food too , bit of an early doors drinker but they have good bands/music at weekends

I think the staff are all lovely and friendly, the food is lovely, especially steak nights, 2 lovely steaks , homemade chips, onion rings, salad, mushrooms , tomato and a bottle of wine ┬Ż20. Good wine too ! Always make you feel welcome, customers do too ’┐Į.

I love this pub! Real ales, regular beer & cider festivals, local bands, fun quiz night's and great food. Great staff who always make you welcome

Great night at the telegraph last night! A few pints and an appalling attempt to win the quiz, we had a great laugh with the staff and a decent hangover this morning! Great atmosphere and a lovely pint of Guinness. Cheers

Excellent staff service. Lovely food & plenty of it at very reasonable prices. The live music is great, very diverse so something for everyone. The Telegraph is a 'true' local pub with lots of friendly happy locals :)

Everything you could expect from a lovely friendly local pub. Food was lovely, we go almost every Tuesday for steak night deal. Definitely recommend xx

Best pub in Wallasey by far. Love the ale love the staff. You can't go wrong with a evening in this pub. Traditional warm friendly atmosphere !!!

A real nice chilled place, full of lovely people and the Bar Staff are so friendly as well, I particularly love their Thursday evenings, as they always have such a varied variety of people entertaining there, 10/10 ’┐Į

I prefer a place where one does not get threatened with violence by random xenophobes and where the management does not side with the agressor and refuse to serve the victim. But hey ho. You'll not be bothered about losing my business as it was only a couple of drinks over a steak once a week. Nonetheless I wanted to let you know why you've lost my business.

The food was inedible. Lamb tough as old boots.

Booked a seat for half two, got seated at 3:15.

Took over three and a half hours to serve the wrong starters, cold veg with main meal and the wrong puddings?

Wouldn't mind so much if I we hadn't booked ???

No ice for vodka and tonic, was told there was no lemon, the barmaid just couldn't be bothered cutting it. We pass here now and go to a decent pub with decent drinks. Can't understand why it is so busy.
