Occupational Therapy
I offer occupational therapy for people following illness or injury to promote independence and return of their usual activities of daily living. I am a highly specialised neuro-rehabilitation therapist and qualified in 2002.

Life Coaching
I also work as a life coach and provide support through one to one sessions. Life coaching is about supporting people to achieve their life goals, whether this is relating to health and wellbeing, work, relationships or any other area of life. I can do this through skype sessions or face to face (if you are within travel distance)
