So the new starters are going live this evening....busy day for Michael (not that he would know how not to be busy.....), single handed in the kitchen and loving it 😤😜

WOW what a week, we have had such an enjoyable, hard, creative, fun, tiring, long week of Summer here at Thirteen! Sometimes when you think that actually we have such a small (perfectly formed) team that have stuck with us since our journey began.....you feel humble, lucky, appreciative, special and in awe of them, how glad we are to put in the hours, sweat and tears in to meet all you lovely, kind, appreciative customers that come back to us time and again. T H A N K Y O U 😍😍😍It isn't always easy and god knows it can knock you down.....but, we get right back up and do it all again HAPPYDAYS 😛

What a lovely little restaurant just off the Market Place in Leyburn. The light lunch menu was amazing and so reasonably priced. I am gluten free but there was absolutely no problem with this. I have never had such a wide choice on the menu. The service was relaxed and very friendly. What a treasure of a find. We will certainly return. Thank you for making a special day extra special.

We keep coming back here and will continue to do so . The food is consistently excellent and the staff are brilliant . They are very attentive and friendly but never intrusive . The menu is changed regularly and is always exciting. Can't recommend Thirteen highly enough !

We called in here for a late lunch yesterday. Never having heard of Thirteen before we thought we would give it a try anyway.

From the moment we stepped through the door Sarah greeted us and kept up the superb attention throughout the meal.

The food was really fantastic the only negative was my husband's starter Mackerel dish was on the small side (only because he loved it so much !)

We will definitely be back to this little hidden gem x

Thirteen is owned and run by an extremely passionate and professional couple who I have the pleasure to know very well. Michael I have worked with before and his food is simple but outstanding, demonstrating utmost respect and creativity. Whilst he is recognised locally his belief is about quality & guest satisfaction, not awards. I still remember the dinner I had 3 years ago.

My in laws came today for there lunch and would like me to tell you what’s lovely lunch they had with you today, and the waitress was so lovely and helpful.

I have been to Thirteen a few times and always had lovely food and service. We booked Thirteen this weekend for my dad's 50th birthday meal, everybody enjoyed their meals and wants to go back again.

I didn’t expect to find such a lovely restaurant in this small market town. Thoughtful menu, very well-executed and really friendly service. It’s a refreshing change from the standard pub/country hotel dining rooms that you come across all over the UK. Highly recommended.

Fresh, local produce cooked with passion & flair. The taste & texture combos are divine. A cosy atmosphere coupled with friendly & efficient service ensured an enjoyable lunch was had by all. Hope to return some time soon.

And another brilliant evening. We return to the Dales now and again and always make sure to eat here. The food is amazing, so well presented and all the flavours complement each other beautifully. The owner is very welcoming and all the staff do a great job in making an evening here special. Highly recommended.

Always worry when you try somewhere new to eat but no need to worry at Thirteen. Lovely friendly staff and the food was stunning loved every last mouthful. We'll definatly be back �
