Our Swift Bordeaux caravan is privately owned by us and is available to hire from March-October, and it has been rated as" Prestige" by Haven. The caravan has stunning views and overlooks the outdoor complex to the side and the Lagoon to the front. Fully double glazed with gas central heating in all rooms. Main door opens to Kitchen area and Lounge with Gas fire and surround. There is a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa with pull out double bed. Coffee table with two pouffe's is also in the lounge area with 32" LCD TV and DVD player and an Xbox games console. Lounge is fully carpeted. A choice of DVDs and games are also available . Blinds have now been fitted in the Kitchen and bathrooms, and curtains in all bedrooms.

Dining room table with 6 chairs are in the kitchen area. Well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and for something a little extra a Halogen oven. . All cutlery, pots, pans and tableware for 8 people.

One double bedroom with en suite, this comprises of a basin and toilet. Wardrobe has plenty of space inside. Over the bed there is more storage space. Fully carpeted in bedroom. Two twin rooms with single beds and wardrobes in each room. Overhead storage and fully carpeted.

Next to the twin rooms is the bathroom which consist of a shower, basin and toilet with radiator. In the Boiler cupboard there is the hoover, iron, ironing board and clothes airer, mop and bucket. Plenty of spaceunder the master bed to store suitcases etc.

Outside there is a patio area with table and 4 chairs, storage box and umbrella. Allocated parking bay. The caravan is located on Swan View so very close to all the amenities. From the front door you can see the swimming pool, tennis courts, crazy golf and Fleet lagoon can be viewed from the front veranda. Spar shop is less than a minute away.
