fab time at this hotel friendly helpful staff clean plush room and thank you for our wine and chocs it all helped us to celebrate our special occasion will definitely be visiting again.

Wot can I say about this hotel apart from just fabulous spotless helpful and caring the breakfast is amazing, staff wonderful ����great for all transport links and fabulous for food drinks and of course all your theatre � needs we are just right in the middle of it all definitely coming back with the grandkids very soon �������xxxxxxxx

What a gem of a hotel, I cannot praise the staff here highly enough, every single staff member we encountered was cheerful and pleasant. The location is perfect, the room was spotless and comfortable, the bar was relaxing, wine fantastic and breakfast was superb. We will definitely be back!!

Well placed London Hotel near Trafalgar Square in Westminster. Very close to the National Gallery (600-feet) the Hotel is quiet, no road noise. Nice restaurant and close to any others.

We watched the 2015 Rugby World Cup Final on the big screen with Sue Tiffanie and Dave Janes Candice what an awesome night and location

Very centrally located and some of the rooms have great views

Stayed Friday night (5th January 2018). Loved the hotel. The room lovely, beds very comfortable. Hotel staff great. Excellent breakfast all this and so central to everything, no need for taxi all places we wanted to be within walking distance. Definitely stay here again.

Location! Close to everything! We had the junior suite and it was the most comfortable bed I ever had! The staff is friendly and helpful. For the price you can't have a better location. Plus you can find a nice place just in front of the hotel were you can have a foot massage for 10£ after a long day have a massage is awesome and for that price even better!

Just returned from a fab weekend away with family members. Staff very attentive helpful and friendly. Rooms although a little small, perfectly equipped and clean, tidy, modern and a comfy bed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location of this hotel is perfect right in the doorstep of many central attractions. We can not wait to return here soon and will definitely recommend to friends.

We were also treated to complimentary bubbly for our husbands birthdays, thank you so much Thistle management for this lovely gesture. The kind of extra touches that make you want to return and just add to your stay.

Het is een super fijn hotel op een top locatie ! Alleen is de airco beneden in de lounge en ontbijt zaal wel erg koud afgesteld ! Dus vestje mee met ontbijt ! Verder prachtige kamers met heerlijke douche in de badkamer ‘

Great location, walking distance to the tube, shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms and housekeeping was on point. Stayed for a week during Christmas and wasn't disappointed.

Excellent Hotel, The staff were absolutely fabulous, always smiling and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a fantastic selection. Rooms were comfy and clean. Location was great and WiFi was excellent. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to London!

Offered to call us a cab this rainy afternoon so we could go to Harrods! When the cab didn't arrive, off he went in the rain, umbrella in hand to run down into Trafalgar Square and find us a cab.

Alas no cab on a rainy Saturday! But we are

NEW YORKERS! We walk out of our hotel...

jump out into the street.....cab screeches to a stop! Yes..... We get cab skills when we are born!

The Thistle Trafalgar Square hotel is a superb place to stay. Location is perfect, less than 100 metres from Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square with Chinatown not much further away.



There are a variety of rooms that are very clean and well equipped. The food is excellent and the staff are professional, courteous, very helpful and friendly.

Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas de Picadilly, de Trafalgarsquare et de nombreux autres pôles d'intérêt. Personnel stylé et très aimable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des plats délicieux à des prix corrects.

Hotel was good, great location. Rooms were small but had everything you could need in them.

Great location! Enormous and comfy bed. Very nice breakfast.

We had some issues with the room and we had a amazing response from the hotel management team. They did make sure we were happy and we do recommend!

Great hotel, close to Charing Cross. Within walking distance of The Strand and the theatres. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, warm and well furnished. Breakfast was delicious even though a bit pricey at £12p.p.but it is London. Would def recommend

Good location,close to a number of train stations and lots of theatres. Large number of restaurants and bars in the area. Fairly quiet at night time even though its in a busy area.

Location, location, location says it all. Uber convenient, lovely staff and clean rooms. Second stay here. Small disappointment, no biscuits for the two teabags you are given each day. What if you wanted a second cuppa?

Friendly staff and amazing location just a 10 minute walk from the main theatres. Surprisingly quiet at night given its central position. Also one of the few hotels I've stayed in where the in room air conditioning does what you set it to do.

So why only 3 stars? I feel that the hotel is let down by details. Our sink was at knee height and it was not possible for water to be retained in the sink. The blackout curtains might as well of not been there and the kettle supplied in the room is so difficult to fit under the tap that you pour half the water away when you try to jiggle the kettle free from the spout of the tap.

I would probably consider using this hotel again though, if going uptown for a show or something - purely because of its location.

Afternoon tea great well presented but staff very slow

Tiny room and can hardly walk around the bed as there is not enough room due to TV hanging off the wall. Bathroom out of the 1970s with a horrible shower curtain. Loo seat does not fit the loo. Carpet worn and room looks shabby. I want to go home.
