We must have booked about 20 holidays, including 6 or 7 cruises, through Thomas Cook and have NEVER had any problems.
We did the Greece cruise this year July our friends 80th birthday .
We had a ball and it was beautiful in the ports as we could swim in the sea .

Ruined last years holiday for us, didn't book with them this year as last year was so awful, but unfortunately our flights were with them this year, true to form Thomas cook messed up again, luggage wasn't put on our flight and when it did arrive the suitcase is ruined, held together with tape and items missing out of it. Not even a note or sorry. Thanks Thomas Cook!!
Really rude member of staff has put me off booking with you :(
I went into store I was sold a cruise which was almost £200 more expensive per person in a select option rather than the saver option ( the price difference I was not told ). the only difference that would effect me being £30 on board spend each as It didn't matter which room we were in or the shuttles both of which the adviser knew!
Called back Sunday was promised call back Monday no response call evening call centre can't help call again today to store to be told it hasn't been looked at an to expect a call this afternoon! Poor service from Thomas cook this would have been my 3rd cruise with Thomas cook first 2 bookings staff were great this time staff have been appalling from Portsmouth! Will not be booking with Thomas cook again! Be aware !!
I have been blocked from Thomas cook uk for raising an issue of Thomas cook staff bullying someone over social media .from the actions of the Facebook page I can see that they don't care about people as long as there name is not mentioned ,pleas could you give me an address or email of someone who can verify your policy on social media bullying thank you I will prob get blocked from here now
First and last time with Thomas Cook.
I had a problem on my last day of holidays and we wasnt able to print any ticket, we went to do the check in and they charged us 55 pounds because the max allowance for hand luggages was 6 kg and we were 4 kg up.
They tag my bag as super heavy (?????) and they treated it so badly they broke all of my nicely packaged souvenirs.
Last but not least, at the arrival we waited 35 minutes to get off the bloody plain for "problems".
There are better companies, first time I had such an awful journey.
