We are leading work with national partners to address Access To Work issues during the COVID-19 situation including the current need for physical signatures for claims. We are in discussions with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) regarding this. Please share your experiences with us and we will continue to lobby on your behalf. we are pleased to see the Scottish Government have created a helpline to assist people with urgent needs such as those with a #disability during #Covid19. It connects callers to local services that can help provide essential food and medication, emotional support, links to volunteer groups, and social work services for vulnerable children and adults.
Helpline number: 0800 111 4000.

Currently #Blind and #PartiallySighted people are not considered as a priority for access to #OnlineShopping. This must change.
There is an urgent need for the Government to act, and ensure that people with a #VisionImpairment can access the shopping services they need during the current #Coronavirus situation.
That’s why we are working with our partners at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (UK), RNIB, VisionUK, and Visionary to make this happen, but we need your help!...
