Thompson's is the best hardware store in all of London! A friendly family business in the East London with helpful staff and a good selection of stock. Also they have the best key cutters around, especially Alan who has cut keys for me umpteen times and they have always been a perfect match. Thank you Alan and all at Thompson's

I read some negative reviews but went into the shop with an open mind. I spoke to three members of staff today everyone seemed happy to help with my needs, and although they could not supply me with what I wanted they gave me good advice as to where I could get the product and advice as to what quantity too buy. A very pleasant experience.
