Good food and excellent parking.

I went to view it today as am desperate for somewhere to live immediately thats reasonably priced. Can anyone onsite living there please give me some advice on whether or not its worth it. I've got a son who's 3 who will be visiting a lot if I move in. And also what is good there for a good looking single father of 1.

Very high standard of decor and will be lovely place to live more new ones comming on site

Love the place never felt so at home, sit in the little bay and you could be anywhere

i found the lady i saw today as being very helpful and polite i would recommend the service i received to any body. definately 5 star service.

I lived at Thorney bay for over a yr and I loved it in till I had to leave to look after my very ill father I left the van in a very clean condition so someone could move straight in.
I waited two weeks and still no deposit back I phoned them I ant getting it back because repairs need doing with is a joke if u r thinking of living in Thorney bay just be careful when u hand over a deposit u WILL Not get it back

Been here almost 4 years now...yes lots of vans are dated and run down especially mine and repairs take ages so many do it ourselves...such silly rules made up by management such as if you are in arrears they wont sign for any parcels...Illegal by the way as Royal mail has zero to do with any arrears lol...and same if you want a parking permit..also you get a letter taped with thick black tape to your doors if you are on arrears...i had one for £7 arrears once..so all neighbours know u owe!!! Despite that the community is incredible..reaching out to u if you need help..providing u are a decent person..polite and appreciative...love my neighbours...yes get mould and ice inside windows but greatful at least to have roof over my head ..never leaving till they carry me out in a box xx

Great service, facilities and Friendly staff.

An absolutely rip of place Pre-paid electricity meters not refunded when you leave you have to take to court to get your funds back You cannot get any repairs done Caravans old drafty not complete as per advertised ect No curtains missing items even after weeks and months of reporting and asking for these to be put right as per my letting agreement nothing was done despite promises made at the office Over rated over priced be aware.
Court action to follow. PS only one star as per posting system rated 0 star .

Love it here! Not sure why it's got such a bad reputation, there are some problems but nothing different to any estate!
Most of the people are actually very friendly and helpful.
We loved renting one so much, we have bought one now! Can't wait for the summer now
