Best hardware shop in Britain, let alone Norwich. Stocks everything you could ever need. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I just wish I could give more stars than 5. Easy web site to navigate and purchase from. The after sales service was second to none, had a call to say items I ordered were not in stock but would be delivered by Friday ( today). I actually received them yesterday. So nice to deal with such friendly people. I must add I have shopped at Thorns for many years in person and as always brilliant and pleasant staff, am glad they have a web site now as I can't get into the city. Highly recommended.

In Thorns you can find all those things you can't find anywhere else! It's a combo of John Lewis/B&Q/Lakeland/ Plumb Base and a good garden centre. It's an institution I hope will always be there 'cos it's irreplaceable!
