Fabulous hotel and with lots of lovely little touches for children staying.
Slightly unusual location on some kind of business estate, but that didn't bother us as it was very handy just of the M1!

Practically a 5* hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Small lounge area in room. Great coffee even in the room. Ironing board, iron, plenty of towels and pillows, even have slippers and a robe for the guest. Restaurant is fine dining and adequately priced. Only complaint is the open fires within the hotel caused the smell of smoke throughout but this was being addressed by on site engineers.
We stayed with Thorpe Park hotel and spa for one night. Check in was straight forward, room very nice, pool and gym facilities good, food very nice indeed. Staff friendly!
P.s the bedtime milk and cookie for our 4 year old is a fantastic little twist! They also have a pamper package at the spa for 3+ year olds along with a kids robe with VI Little P embroidered on back.
And the hotel is nicely positioned.

Stayed on a Sun night with a friend in a twin room.
Arrived 30mins before check-in, room was available. Room was v nice and spotlessly clean. Fresh milk in the fridge a nice touch. As a guest had access to spa facilities, including pool, steam rooms, jacuzzi and gym. Used all but the gym. Again, all clean, and not too busy. Ate at the restaurant - lovely and good quality food and drink. 3 courses which were good value (incl wine and cocktails just over £100. Didn't get charged for the parking. Would suggest booking in advance for spa treatments they had no slots available when we cheekily tried booking on the day.
Myself and my partner stayed here on Saturday 23/09/2017. We arrived early afternoon where we spent most of the afternoon into early evening by the pool making the most of our time away from the kids relaxing!!
We then went for a meal in the evening which I have to say the service was outstanding to all who looked after us.
Overall the visit to our favourite getaway was truly outstanding from start to finish.

Michaela is a huge credit to the company
Fantastic hotel, very modern, clean, good amenities and very polite and professional staff. Good sized room with everything you need in it. Only downside is the free WiFi is terrible, obviously trying to get you to upgrade but not the end of the world. Food at the restaurant was very good and the bar was a nice place to relax and have a drink.
Convenient location, nice rooms and food.
Good as a causal meeting location with 2 hour free parking and well stocked bar
Attended for corporate event - facilities great and refreshments provided were brilliant
