Three - Boston Store

Don't Bother trying to contact the shop by phone for information,,,,,,!
No One Answers!!!!!

Our house is in an area notorious for poor for reception and we have no landline. After struggling for months with virtually no internet and crackling, drop-out mobile calls (Vodafone) we went to the 3 Store in Boston for help. The product we were sold initially didn't do the job. We called back the same afternoon and our money was refunded without quibble, and other options discussed.
We left with a gadget to plug into the wall (without needing a landline) - something other phone shops had told us 'doesn't exist' , on a very cheap plan.
Both mobile and internet reception have been excellent, and a whole lot of stress has been removed from life! Many thanks to the helpful and genial store manager, Kevin.
