If only no stars was an option. Absolutely disgusting behaviour at this branch foul language in front of customers by the branch manager (VIPPEN) swearing at the staff that were cleaning the vehicle's.

Previoulsly a regular customer for many years but not anymore latest visit was in 2017 and was deeply shocked.

I rent cars regularly from Thrifty High Wycombe and they seem to be the best in terms of value/service in the area. Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. They always look after me well and I've never had any problems with charges for damage. Always have cars available even at short notice. Every so often I end up wih a free upgrade to something a bit more exciting than the standard Focus/Fiesta etc.

Easy and efficient in hiring a van at a good price. No agrivation and good service.
