Thrifty Car And Van Rental Liverpool

I advise anyone booking with this firm online to read their cancellation policy most carefully. My experience was I booked online from Saturday 1200 until Monday 1200 was quoted £59.76, and paid online by debit card. Four days later I needed to add an extra day, Friday, making the booking from Friday 1200 until Monday 1200, alas, the website told me I had to cancel and rebook, which I did. The new price quoted was £118. I thought this exorbitant for just an extra day. I surfed the net and found Budget would give me the three days for £59. I have not contacted the firm because their cancellation policy is plain for all to see, and believe it would be extra expense and a waste of a telephone call. However, it was their website that told me to cancel, therefore, I believe this practice is unethical. As for a refund, I will not hold my breath.

Friendly staff who really know their cars

Would just like to say..in my experience..these guys are by far the best company to hire from in and around Liverpool as regards price and staff. Ive hired for a week but kept extending my hire...nothing has been a problem for these guys. A big thank you from Steve at Gemini Signs and Graphics
