Car was good but there is catch. Diposite is so much. If you don't agree to the higher diposite then rent price goes up.

I was very disappointed with Thrifty in Luton. I called in a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday and was told that I could hire a car for the week at approx. £60-£70. I didn't have the correct documentation so said I'd pop back the next day. When I returned I was told that the price now was £117!!! I explained I was given a cheaper quote the day before but they wouldn't listen. I think this is very underhand and poor. I would never go back and don't recommend them!!!

Luton thrifty car hire is a really nice place the staff are very friendly and they actually go out their way to help you Been hiring cars from these lot for a little while ,, I never had problems with them ..

Poor customer service. Claimed there was damage on vehicle when returned but didn't send any paperwork, invoices or photos to support this. Rude on telephone and failed to return calls or respond to emails. Would not recommend.
