sheer incompetence. Left car on private drive for an extra 2 days due to lack of collection. Tried to scam money out of my company from damage previously caused by other renters / their drivers, only marked down damage on the form after i instructed walk around the vehicle on delivery, failed to follow basic instructions of key collecting and in turn disturbed my newborn baby and my wife. Avoid these guys if you can.

Booked a jaguar month's in advance for my daughter's prom when I went to collect it, I was given a bmw estate was very disappointed and was told by one member of staff that it's tough i only want it for a day so I'm not priority.so all in all a disappointing experience I will not be repeating
