Very friendly and helpful staff; Tanya, Mario and George. Great customer service and reasonable prices. They've managed on several occasions to sort me out a car at very short notice.

They carege for wear and tear... go to the Luton but instead they have better employees

Poor service and they tend to "forget" reservations. Competitors offer better service, better choice and prices.
Also don't provide 7 days a week service so no drop off on Sundays unless you want to pay extra £50.

They claimed to have tried calling us the day before to explain a problem with our booking but hadn't. Manager was unwilling to do anything to try to rectify matters - kept referring to the get-out-clauses in their terms and conditions and suggested we try a different company. Will never use them again in the future.

I have used Thrifty in St Albans on several occasions as I don't currently have a car. I can't fault the service. They have been helpful, flexible and given me the occasional upgrade to a better car. The cars have always been ready on time and well presented. I would recommend them.
