Fantastic, fast and friendly service. Hired a Peugeot 2008 and absolutely loved it, didn't want to give it back. Will definitely be using again. It was a pleasure.

Yes i have to agree with the positive comments on this so far as i hired out a van yesterday i went to thevwrong branch and respectfully a member if their staff came and picked me up which i really appreciated as im hiring long term im thinking of giving the car back with a couple boxes of chocolates as they went out their way to help me out and as a thank you to them but if they do end up keeping my deposit il have to edit this review LOL 😜 REVIEW UPDATE I GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK WILL DEFFINATELY USE IN THE FUTURE GREAT COMPANY

I rented the van same day I called I reported the issues with the van sush as right back indicator not working engine keep catting of in red lights when you stop not all time but sometimes wish was depressing I called Thurrock because of red light oil flushing all time they advise nothing to worry about but I insisted after many calls they send the AA the AA agent advise this van shouldn't be on the road art all and should go to the garage immediately I call Thurrock but I find out that I was stacked with van the all month no refund and no return I couldn't work full time with it with city sprint .my shock is that I was told that my deposit of 200 pound may not have it as they will charge 36 pound for every ticket I recieved from the conjunction charge fines wish I admit its my fault but why 36 pound for every ticket wish I have to Pay in full anyway this is a rip off and thieving on day light generally its miss leading no honesty rip off I personally never deal with Thurrock van hire ,or advise anybody to deal with them ,.

Excellent service. Needed a van quick for towing a caravan. Staff very helpful, reasonable cost, van was great, will definitely use again.

Straightforward on vehicle conditions

I have used this company for the last five years now whenever me or a family member needs to hire van,I find it hard to believe they are charging people for damage that has not been caused by them I think people need to realise that reviews like this can damage a business we have had vans with dents in but have never once been charged when returning the van for that damage. The staff are friendly and always go out their way to help us with any needs we have I will continue to use them when I need a van.

IF YOUR THINKING OF HIRING A VAN DO NOT USE THURROCK AND WICKFORD VAN HIRE, TERRIBLE COMPANY I WILL NOT ADVICE ANYBODY TO FALL FOR THEIR GIMMICK'S PRICES AND SERVICE BECAUSE WHEN YOU RETURN THEIR VAN THEY GAVE ME A HIRE VAN WITH DAMAGES, THE LADY SAID SHE HAS ACKNOWLEDGE THE DAMAGE, WELL THIS WAS NOT THE CASE, BECAUSE WHEN I RETURNED THE VAN THEY TRIED TO BLAME MYSELF THAT THE DAMAGES ON THE VEHICLE WAS MY FAULT AND I AM LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGES. THE MAN WHO CHECK THE VEHICLE WAS RUDE AND HAD A ATTITUDE, AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLUS THE VEHICLE HAD FAULT'S WITH THE TAIL LIFT AND ENGINE WARNING AND SERVICE LIGHT KEPT COMING ON AND BEEPING, THE VAN ITSELF WAS NOT CLEAN, PLUS ONCE THEY RECEIVE YOUR CARD DETAIL'S, THEY START BEING RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. THE WAY THIS COMPANY IS RUN IS A DISGRACE, BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY.

Great service, used them for couple of years. Very accommodating and great value for money.

Service was good although the van had been knocked about a bit before I got it but I wasn't charged they seem fair people to deal with.
