Went to Tiffany’s to find something For my birthday.

The lady who helped had so much time and didn’t mind showing other products in the store and helped me choose my bracelet would definitely recommend and I will be going back for the matching necklace

We made a visit to the Bond St store on Saturday to purchase a ring, necklace and bracelet for my daughters 18th birthday we had excellent customer service from Bhasker Bhurabhai. Will definitely recommend.

On arrival we were greeted by the staff who were more than helpful & escorted us to the 4th floor seating us in the waiting room whilst they took care of me. The store looks fabulous for Christmas & the staff were all engaging & helpful. Great customer experience.

My sister and I plus our husbands went into Tiffany's yesterday as it was her 50th Birthday. It was very busy but we put her name down and waited our turn. We were kept updated by a lady who kept apologizing for our wait but really it wasn't a problem as we were browsing. We were taken round the other side as quieter. The lady who served us, Soli Kako ( name on receipt) was lovely and very helpful. My sister bought Heart necklace and bracelet but really wanted one with the key but chain was too small. So Soli suggested a separate key and attach. It couldn't be soldiered on there and then so put on a clasp. My sister was more than happy. My husband whom is very quick witted kept us all amused through out and Soli gave as good as she got (very professionally). We were given a glass of fizz and she wished my sister Alison a happy 50th from Tiffanys. A fantastic experience thank you. Soli you are a credit to Tiffanys. Oh P.S. did I mention I also came out with a bracelet? ��

I visited Tiffanys yesterday to take in two bracelets which were broken. One of them was repaired there straight away but the other one had to be sent away to be fixed. The service I received was exceptional. The repairs are complimentry and because I don't live or work in London, they will send the bracelet to me by post. It was a great experience, even my husband was impressed. Thank you �

I lost a Tiffany bracelet somewhere in the security area of Seville Airport which I'd bought my late daughter in 2002. I went to Bond Street to see if I could see the same or something similar. On entering the store a wonderful young lady approached me and asked how she could help. I showed her the original receipt. She was so helpful and considerate and realised immediately the sentimental value of the bracelet and how difficult it was for me. It wasn't her department but she took me upstairs and kept asking if I'd like water, tea, coffee etc. or a seat until someone could serve me. Sadly, there wasn't a similar design and the prices had all gone up but I still value the service and consideration this young lady gave me.

I have lost a lot of weight and the ring I bought in the New York branch about 6 years ago was now too big. I was served by a very polite and happy lady, who suggested adding pips to make it fit. I was naturally expecting a pricey quote but was delighted when she said it would be done complimentary. Fabulous!

Came into this store yesterday and was offended on how we was looked upon when first walked into the shop. I agree with comment below that unless some of the assistants think ur spending 1000,s they don’t want to know however we did receive great service from a girl on ground and first floor.

I haven’t been to the shop but am not happy with my envelope charm and silver chain bought as a retirement present in July, it has really tarnished and I have only worn it 3 times. I do not spray perfume on my neck. I have tried to clean it but to no avail. I did send an email a short time but the response was not really satisfactory.

I got the distinct impression unless you are spending lots of money they are not interested. I won't be rushing back again to your Store. If I ever wanted anything from Tiffany in future I would order online and not waste my time travelling a long way for a disappointing experience.

You've lost my very precious bracelet that my husband sent in to you for a repair and a new charm. He bought it for me when we first met in 2001. He has terminal cancer and this charm would have been very precious to me. 7 contacts with customer services. It's still not be found. I'm appalled.

Not worth even 1 star. Having been a loyal Tiffany customer for years, I had a silver woven ring that lost a diamond. I sent it in for repair (for the second time) and four weeks later received a pair of silver bow earrings in return. Since then (2 weeks ago) I have been unable to get anyone to tell me what has happened to my ring (I assume it is lost). Customer services blame the repair department and say they cannot get anyone to call me because the are not responding (SERIOUSLY???). I was sent a replacement ring in plain packaging with no paperwork....it wasn't my ring, how do I know? Because it was the wrong size! Why should I have to phone on a daily basis to try and get someone to admit to me my ring is lost and to provide a replacement???? APPALLING SERVICE. I am never buying any more Tiffany jewellery

Purchased a charm bracelet and charm on 2nd December was advised by the assistant that the charm would have to be soldered on and it would have to be sent to the service dept but that I would be guaranteed delivery before Christmas! Needless to say it’s now the 22nd December and it hasn’t arrived... why? Because after numerous phone calls instead of dispatching it to MY address which was given to them in full (Bangor, Co Down, Northern Ireland) they decide to dispatch it to Bangor, Erris Co Mayo Ireland! 200 miles away! Disappointed to say the least! Would have been quicker to fly to NYC 5th Ave store and purchase! At least the would have serviced in-store and without delay! Won’t be back to that store ever again!

My wife purchased an engraved pen for our 25th wedding anniversary. The glasp broke and Tiffany agreed to repair/replace. The item was returned with tracked delivery. 12 months later we still have not received the replacement despite several emails, calls and attemtpts to contact customer services here and in the USA. Disgraceful service

I’ve loved Tiffany’s for years, bought around 20 pieces of jewellery for myself that I’ve loved; including a silver atlas watch with has been lost when sending back to you to be serviced!

Customer services promised to call me back every day for 6 weeks now, and haven’t!!! So angry as it was thousands and you’ve had it for 8 weeks with no communication at all!! I would like to put a formal complaint in, as I’ve had no assistance and been constantly lied to. I did not expect such poor service from such a nightly reputable company. Very upset customer! Will never shop again!

I honestly don't know what kind of people work in Tiffany & co in London. I simply want my bracelet hand engraved correctly with the right font, correct size (not with links taken out) and without them scratching it. Is that too much to ask for? It's not rocket science! I thought that they had a high standard to service, clearly not. Not the 5* service I received in New York City! Well they will be hearing from me again in the morning, and I will be hitting the roof, AGIAN! This and been going on since January!
