Yesterday the government announced some guidance for the property industry on home moving during the COVID-19 outbreak.

In summary they are recommending that sales can proceed where properties are empty or vacant, those which are occupied must be delayed as long as possible.
... For properties that are for sale, viewings cannot take place.
This is to prevent the spread of the virus, limiting contact and to ensure social distancing is observed.
