Hi FB friends just to let you know Tiffins has finally gone into the safe hands of Gemma Budd and family. We wish them all the best in their new life in Tiffins Tea Room.

So, today was our last day at Tiffins. Thank you to everyone that made it in to say goodbye and wish us well. It's strange to think that we won't be behind the counter any more and we shall miss you all but hopefully see see some of you when you're in the town. Our time in the tea room has been the most exceptional experience. All of life has been there and we thank you from the bottom of our heart.

Dear FB friends and wonderful customers, we have some major news.
From the 1st November the tea room will be under new ownership. After ten and a half years it's time for us to hang up our aprons for the last time.
... We won't be able to say goodbye to you all in person so we're taking this opportunity to offer our heartfelt thanks for your support and custom. Being part of the Tiffins story has been fantastic, so this is a bitter sweet time for us.
We hope you will continue to support Tiffins and the new owner, Gemma, who loves Tiffins as much as we do.
This will be our last week of trading the last day is Sunday 28thh October. If you are in town please pop in the say goodbye.

Super quaint little tea room decorated in pretty pastel colours which makes it very inviting and tells me they care about giving the right impression to their customers. Very friendly ladies and even though we were rather late in the afternoon at ordering cream teas (which incidentally were delicious) they did not hurry us up. I would definitely recommend Tiffins to any of my friends passing through Petworth and will revisit myself next time I’m in town :)

So I went to get some coffees as we were in need of it at the scout camp in Petworth at the weekend.

Bumped into a complete stranger on the door of Tiffins, had a lively chat about the weather etc. Thought to myself, he's in a good mood. Walked through the door and got a hug off Jackie. Surrounded by lots of happy chatting people, in a friendly bustling atmosphere. Starbucks, Costa, pret, Nero, could learn lots from this place. Everyone was smiling. Oh and the coffee was to die for. Another normal day at Tiffins tea room.

I swear you can see the fairy dust following people down the street as they leave.

Really lovely traditional tea room. Very friendly welcome, the best cheese scones ever. Loved the chutney and brie version. Everything home made and of excellent quality. Took 3 different chutneys home to give away as presents. Top marks and we will definitely visit again

OMG! Went for a motorcycle ride today and came across the most wonderful tea rooms in Petworth. Tea was brewed to perfection and the cheese scone was to die for! A hidden gem!

Managed to get one of the last tables on a very busy Sunday, we were welcomed warmly including our dog. Delicious Welsh rarebit, gorgeous cakes and plenty more. 100% recommend.

Made space for a family of 5 - enjoyed the tea and scones with brie and chutney. Bought some local honey which was good value for money.

Lovely tearoom, really friendly staff who go the extra mile, delicious cream teas AND dog friendly! What more could you want?! =)

If you want 5 star customer service, get your bum along to Tiffin's. Jackie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Lovely lady. The tea cake and coffee were totally en pointe too.

I made a 60 mile round trip journey just to eat here, always amazing food with great service, I've never been to Petworth without visiting this place.

I first visited Tiffins on recommendation from a friend, after homing one of our rescues' disadvantaged dogs, then called Prince, with the two lovely ladies who run it. Fabulous food and beverages served up with real satisfaction and pride in everything they do. WISH I lived closer, I would be there every week!

Had a lovely meal with Jan and her mum today very impressed with all of it shamazing service and the staff always smiling ��

Had a fantastic full English breakfast and hot tea!

Very welcoming friendly staff.

Reasonable prices.

Slightly out of the centre of town but well worth the extra 100yd walk so make the effort to seek them out.

Parking is really cheap in Petworth with the first hour for free, only 40p for 2 hrs.

Go there once a month after the Petworth book sale . The wonderful lady always knows what we drink and eat . There is always have a wonderful atmosphere.

Friendly staff and lovely cakes. I had the savoury tea the cheese scone was lovely. Our dog was welcomed brought a bowl of water and made a fuss of.

Excellent place and a good selection of snacks. Good service as well.
