After a short hiatus our Duck Bao is back! The XO sauce is ready to top twice-cooked, applewood smoked duck breast and wok fried water spinach

For our Chicken Rice Bowl we layer White Cut Chicken over fluffy rice and add fragrant aubergines, pickles and our famous crispy chicken skin and cured egg

We poach our White Cut Chicken in ginger and spring onion stock before plunging it in to ice. Top that with a sesame chicken crackle and you’re on to a winner!

As far as #meatfreemonday goes we think we’ve got you pretty covered. This is our Tofu Rice Bowl featuring salt and pepper tofu, kimchi, pickles and a cured egg on a bed of rice! Available without the egg is you’re doing #veganuary

From 5pm tonight, there’ll be a limited run. A couple of varieties to whet the appetite!
... Then the same time tomorrow(5pm Saturday) but mixing up the fillings for those who can make both.

It is with much regret and our most sincere apologies, that we will be postponing our 29th October opening date.
Despite our little shop being ready to host, we’re still unable to serve. This has been due to a multitude of complications in securing the necessary power supply. We have, however, spied the light at the end of the tunnel.
... This process has taken far longer than any of us could have anticipated. No one is more frustrated than we are but we’d like to thank everyone for their continued patience.
