What an amazing night x



We adore the film. 6 of us went last night.



Right from the start, well organised. Queue to get in moved quickly. Seated in full view of all screens.



Waitress service for drinks was brilliant.



Everyone that was involved a very large pat on the back. You made all 300 people in the room feel a big part of the show. The singing, dancing on the benches, entertainers were all brilliant.



Loved every minute.



Stayed for the after party too.

Went to the leeds 3pm family show and it was fantastic exactly what was advertised, great singers and performers and they really involved the kids throughout, could see all 3 screens from where ever you sat, brilliant. For those people complaining about sticky floors it's bierkeller where people go to have fun dancing on benches and throwing steins around to an umpah band so yes beer gets spilled you can't blame the production team for that and for those saying it was not what they were expecting, well if you were expecting hugh and Zac to be there with a full circus then your bound to be disappointed, my only complaint is that the film isn't longer because we didn't want it to end xx well done guys xx

We went to the Liverpool 11am showing. It was absolutely amazing. There was a slight buzzing noise from the sound system at the beginning but this I feel didn’t affect the show or the performance. The venue was excellent and the waitress we had was spot on. The performers were great. Staff were super efficient with drinks and food. My daughter and I had the best time singing along and dancing on the benches. Even my husband and son enjoyed it and they hadn’t seen the movie! Thank you for a fabulous morning.

We went as a party of 12 to the 3pm show yesterday in Liverpool - 6 adults and 6 children. The show was absolutely fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The cast are all so friendly and make a real effort to make sure everyone is involved, coming round to the children and giving them all a chance to join in. Everyone was up on the benches dancing and singing at the tops of their voices - we were all hoarse by the time we left! I would definitely recommend this show to anyone and will be looking for future shows so we can do it all over again! Fantastic!

We took our nephews to the 11am show and we all loved it! There was such a brilliant atmosphere and the venue worked perfectly for this kind of show - and the hotdogs were an added bonus! It was a very professional set up with 3 big screens at the front of the room showing the film with the sing-a-long subtitles, and other screens dotted around, so everyone had a great view. The performers were all excellent, with fantastic voices, and the harmonies added a really lovely sound. The 'Greatest Showman' himself was hilarious and made the audience feel completely included throughout. There are some lovely surprises for the audience too which work well for fans of the show of all ages. 5 stars! :) Well done team!

Attended the 11am show in Cardiff on Friday with my 10 year old daughter. We had a fantastic time! So lovely seeing a room full of people up on the benches singing and clapping along! No technical hitches for us. I enjoyed my little shot for the shot scene! I did get missed out for the second drink for the toast but I’m allergic to orange juice anyway so couldn’t have drunk it! If you love the film and are willing to go and enjoy yourselves by getting involved, it’s great!

Went to the Manchester 11am showing. Lovely concept and could have been a real success if it wasn’t for the terrible sound system. Loads of feedback from the microphones. It happened way too often. You couldn’t follow the story on screen as the sound system was so poor. I enjoyed the jugglers and the tap dancer but the singers were too loud and drowned out the film. It would have been nicer to hear the professionals on film the loudest.

The food was nice but a bit chaotic. We received some drinks promptly then others a while later. Same with the food, the children’s came about 10 minutes before the adults.

We did enjoy the sing along but my daughter afterwards said she preferred the cinema as when they got everyone up on the benches she couldn’t see anything. To be honest, I agree with her.

What should have been amazing was a pretty poor experince. The sound quality was terrible so you couldn't actually follow what was being said on screen. Complained to several members of staff to just be told 'there's nothing we can do about it'. The venue was dirty, your feet literally stuck to the floor as you walked in, and the food and drink was organised chaos. We had drinks brought over then taken away again, food kept being brought to our table even when we already had all our meals. All in all a very disappointing day, and doesn't say much for the organisers when they don't even respond to your complaint. Avoid it, save money and go to the cinema sing a long as this was NOT a live cinema experience as promised

We went to the a family showing at Leeds Bierkeller and the screen we sat in front of was very distorted and extremely poor sound quality. There was no attempt to rectify and it spoilt the event. The idea is good but for the price we expected a top quality event and it was far from that. We would have preferred to spend less and watch it the cinema and be guaranteed a picture that we could actually watch. There was no apology or follow up customer service whatsoever, despite contacting them several times. Overpriced and very disappointed children.
