I would just like to say a massive Thank you to the lovely guys at Bromsgrove store....I emailed manager about a mosiac project my daughter is doing...just to see if i could get some broken tiles...but when we visited the store he gave me half a bag of odd mosiac tiles...brilliant...thank you...

I can't praise Tile Choice enough. The staff at the Kidderminster branch have all been extremely helpful, not to mention courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble, they have a good range of different types and styles of tiles and the prices are right too!

Beryl Barratt, what a pleasure it was to visit cannock store on Sunday, i wasn't quite sure what i wanted but jean soon sorted me out with no trouble at all, very courtious and most helpful and obliging. Thank you very much jean.

They were more than happy to advise me to take more tiles than needed at Oldbury and just because u was a few days over the 28 days they won't take 2 new boxes back. I spent nearly 2k here!!! Think it's safe to say I won't travel over 30mins in traffic to your shop ever again!!! No customer loyalty whatsoever.

The worst company i have ever dealt with, tiles were rubbish,chippped and substandard and when i returned them they charged £70 handling fee,

My friend got ripped off at Tile Choice today, he got charged 20% restocking fee for the order which got returned returned. Do not recommend using this company!

Absolutely appalling. Ordered four packs of kitchen wall tiles. Tiles in the first box were broken, cracked, and weren’t even the same colour throughout the box! As I’d over ordered I thought I’d have sufficient tiles to complete my kitchen anyway so persevered only to find the tiles started cracking within hours of being on the wall. Emailed to complain and was asked to send photos of the discoloured tiles and told replacement tiles could be sent. Emailed again to follow up my complaint and sent photos and also requested a new box of tiles and a week later and another email sent but no reply from this company. Incredibly disappointing, poor customer service and faulty, very poor quality tiles.
