Tile Giant Grimsby

Have shopped here before and always had friendly helpful service but today they went 'above and beyond' my expectations. I needed just a few tiles to repair a large bathroom floor but unfortunately this marble range had been discontinued. The only ones left were on a wall display so they smashed this up and managed to recover 5 tiles for me!!!! Sorry guys, you now have to create a new wall display! Thank you so much for your help. A very satisfied customer.

Brilliant staff at the Grimsby branch who have been extremely helpful and supportive.Thank you so much for your donations given to our day centre, it really has been much appreciated. The guys are looking forward to starting their mosaic.

Good staff and price of tiles

I use this branch regularly. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always get me what I need . Very reasonable prices. Customer service is brilliant.

They said that they would return single tiles but when I returned them they wouldn't refund me I feel like they have lied to me to get a sale would use top tiles in future
