Tilgate Park

Great park - lots to do; boating lake, fishing, small animal zoo, lots of trees and bushes to play with the kids in. The play area is getting run down and not great for toddlers think 5 and above unless you want to be on constant alert. If you're vegan or even vege bring your own food. Cheaper to park using cash.

An excellent park for all the family. Good children's play park, small animal enclosures for a fee and beautiful walks around the lake. Decent restaurant on site too.

A great place to spend time with or without kids. There are busy areas with plenty of activities for the kids and quieter tranquil walking areas where you might hardly see other people. There is also a great orieenteering course too!

One of the our favourite places to visit. The nature centre gets better and better, and still remains very reasonable. The rest of the park is great too.

Great park with huge boating lake. Shame on recent years it's become more commercialised. Some of the new areas of the nature centre are good but the older areas look a bit in need of updating/maintaining. Great play park for the kids but again some areas are out of order and need maintenance. Overall lovely for an inexpensive day out.

Great for walking and cycling it has a good play ground plus Go Ape you can fish with two very big lakes there is the farm which is brilliant and there is also a Smith and Western restaurant

Very nice park, unfortunately no free parking. Parking chargeable £1 per/h between 9am till 6pm during summer.

Gotta go. Probably the best thing Crawley has to offer. Parking charges are reasonable (£1 per hour). With a Smith and Western or Cafe to chose from. Brilliant for taking children for education and good fun. Go!

A very pleasant large park with a good mix of wooded areas and open grassy areas. There is also a large lake and a tranquility garden a great place for a long walk on a sunny day! Only negatives are a limited amount of public toilet facilities.
