About Time To Float

"How come doing nothing feels so good?"

The Art of doing nothing.

Relax | Rewind | Rejuvenate.

Time To Float Description

Floating effortlessly for 60 minutes (on your back) in a Floatation tank filled with 300 gallons of water (only 10″ deep), saturated with 1, 100 pounds of medical grade Epsom Salt (magnesium sulphate) and gently heated to 92-94 degrees (the same temperature range as the surface of your skin), you are sure to relax. Your body will have a sense of being in absolute weightlessness. Go ahead and fall asleep because the buoyancy of our pod is actually greater than the Dead Sea, so you will never sink. Clients say that their floatation experience was like hitting the reset button for their mind & body.

Just 60 minutes in one of our float pods can…
REDUCE: Blood Pressure, Heart rate, Muscle Tension, Back Pain, Stress, Jet Lag, Insomnia
IMPROVE: Cardio-Vascular Efficiency, Oxygen and Blood Supply (dilates veins, arteries and capillaries), Concentration Strength and Span, Creative powers, Supply of Nutrients to Every cell in the Human Body.
STRENGTHEN: Immune System, Self-Confidence, General Feeling of Well Being
ACCELERATE: Recovery from Exercise, Sports, Illness and Injury
PROTECT AGAINST: Symptoms of Asthma, All Gastro-Intestinal and Cardio-Vascular Disorders, Migraines, Chronic Back Pain, The Risk of Heart Attacks & Strokes.

PREGNANT WOMEN (in their second and third trimesters) experience true relaxation when they float, as pregnancy takes a toll on every muscle in their body, especially their torso. Ironically, the times they get a chance to rest is when the baby becomes more active, and it's weight continues to put stress on their muscles.
