Outstanding service, knowledgeable and experienced. I took my 60 year old Rolex in the shop after being told from several jewellers my watch was either not repairable or cost would exceed £500! They opened the watch whilst I was there, made a quick but thorough assessment of my watch, told me what was wrong with it, and that it was repairable and will cost upto £300. 2 weeks later, my watch is working great and the accuracy is better then I ever remember. They exceeded my expectations by far, I would definately recommend them and I will be taking in my other 2 watches for servicing as well.
