Fascinating to watch a scorpion eat .

Went in with a heat pad and thermostat that I was having problems with (wasn't purchased from them). Run through the thermostat setting with me and supplied me with a new heat pad as my original wasn't working. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the prank with the spider aswell. �

We got our little bearded dragon from here. We've had a beardie previously but wasn't helped in anyway what's so ever. Yet here they took the time to go through everything with us and said we could call if there was any problems, which there hasn't been! She has always been great to handle and is and always has been well looked after. We would definitely recommend and will be back ☺️

This place is Brilliant!!!!!! We have recently started keeping fish, I don’t know to much about them Or how to keep them. I went here for some gravel and to ask for some advice on how to keep them. I spoke to Aiden who seems to be an expert in fish! he’s helped me sort the filter out, given me loads of advice on plants, treatment for the water, the fish I currently have etc. Staff have got all the time in the world to help you out & answer any questions you have. Couldn’t be more helpful! Will definitely be purchasing all my supplies form here in the future! Can’t recommend enough!!!!!!5****+

So impressed with this place. We went for our 1st time yesterday to buy a new hamster and couldn't fault the service and prices. The kids loved looking at all the different animals and the staff were more than happy to show them snakes and spiders too. They also offered for my partner who is a childminder to visit with the children she cares for to look at the different animals. Great place, will be back soon!!

Lovely store, staff were very helpful before, during and after getting our pet.

We had lots on questions, we never felt rushed or silly asking them..

Just wanted to say a big thank you for your help and guidance helping my son Charlie to take home his first chameleon. Katie was super helpful and offered lots of advice about equipment, food etc we would need. Athena (Annie) for short has settle in really well to her new home.

Just bought a setup for my first ball python and the guys were really helpful and put me in the right direction with tips , the little guy loves his new home , would 100% recommend �

I can not thank Aidan and the staff enough for how amazing you were with our 7 year old daughter Nicole when she wanted to buy her first snake. You guys were so accomodating and helpful and it's made Nicoles day with you guys telling her to come back at 15 for a job since she knew so much about snakes. Our new family member is settling in well and we have called him Jack the Corn Snake. � xxx

First class, prompt advice for an "accidental aquarist"

Came into the shop earlier today to get some more fish for our tropical tank, the staff were very helpful and made choosing compatible fish for our tank so easy, the fish we bought are beautiful and healthy. I will definitely be buying my fish from here, from now on

Bought a royal python last Sunday and I couldn't be happier with it. He is very tame and very friendly with the kids and has shown no aggression towards any of us. The staff are great and have a really good customer relationship. Will defiantly return to buy supplies and possible future pets.

Been today collected a lovely female redfoot ,shes settled well had a warm bath n a few hours in the outdoor secure pen now in eating wild forage under combi bulb .Love the tortoise so much my husband buying me another on Wednesday .Great service great shop pity your hours away but well worth it see you guys Wednesday!

Amazing experience and very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable with all animals and reptiles. My daughter got her pet snake here and they were amazing spending time with her to show and hold the snake. They also told her everything she needed to know and she is now a little snake expert. All over a truly amazing experience and will continue to shop here for my snakes needs.

A big thank you to Aidan for repairing the Fluval air pump. Plus consistently helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service!

The staff were lovely and they had some amazing stock in. Unfortunately the 5 fish I bought there have introduced finrot to my tank. The first one to have it has sadly died, but hopefully we caught it early enough and the rest will be ok. I feel partially to blame as I should have spotted it before I bought them or put them in my tank. :(

Me and my partner bought two baby netherland dwarf rabbits from you back in July for our son and we had asked you to sex them for us which you did telling us they were two girls from the same litter. There was no mention of not being 100% it was a definite as I was adamant I only wanted two of the same sex rabbits so they wouldn't be lonely as I hadn't just decided to get them overnight I had been thinking about it for months. I now have EIGHT baby rabbits on my hands which has been stressful as we have had to buy a new cage and put the buck on his own which has made him depressed as they were so close. We now have to get him done which is a cost and have the risk they may not take to each other after being apart. We also have to get the babies sexed and find them homes after being with there mother for eight weeks. We wouldn't be dealing with all this stress had you of said when we bought them that you wasn't 100% of the sex and I would of just bought the one from you.

I'd like to leave a negative review , I have been in your store numerous occasions and spent hundreds of pounds if not thousands over the years I've noticed a few times it's like you have no time for your customers , I came in this morning to speak about turtles and to be honest firstly I felt like the staff member was talking down to me like I was supposed to know everything about them, for them to be rudely interrupted by another member of staff who needed to assist his customers. And then to top it off when I alerted the staff that I was genuinely trying to get assistance he laughed that the other staff had interrupted.



I'm sorry but I had my child with me and quite frankly your staff seem to not care if we spend or not so I immediately left .



I won't be returning this isn't the first time I've felt ooor support in this place however I won't return again to refrain this from happening and will air my views to others .
