We’ve had our son’s 3rd birthday party in Tiny Town today (our second visit to the venue) and we would like to say a very big thank you to the lovely Mel and the rest of the team for looking after us and our guests today. She happily helped with anything we asked for or needed. Clean, warm, great place to play, good food, every little thing taken care off ( Mel’s help made hosting the party absolutely easy, stress free, a very enjoyable event for us) both our children (daughter is 8 )absolutely loved it!!!

User

We went as a family with the grandchildren. They loved the place and so did we! Being able to interact with the children and also be able to chat with each other.

We have recently moved to the Maidstone area and our little boy loves it here! Has a little something for everyone.

Just wanted to say a special thank you to the lady (sadly husband didn't get her name) that helped him out on Tuesday after our little boy locked himself in the van. She brought out treats and was helping calm our little boy down while we got him out.

Thank you so very much and we will be back soon.

Michelle, Scott and Huds!

Parties at tiny town are the best, especially the nerf and laser party’s. Staff are very friendly and the building is clean. The staff are always cleaning and supervising the area.

My son had his 6th birthday party today at Tiny Town. It was a great afternoon and the children really enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend. Thank you to our party assistants for all their help.

User

Just had my son's 7th birthday party at Tiny Town. He chose to have a nerf attack party and had a great time. From the moment we arrived to the end of the party the children were busy and entertained. Very well organised and Mel was a great party host, thank you Mel! We would definitely recommend it.

I had my daughters party today, and had a great time! Mel was on hand at all times, and nothing was too much for her! Thanks Mel! I’ll be booking again for my sons party later in the year!

I had my daughters 5th birthday party at Tiny Town on Sunday 15th July and I would like to say a very big thank you to the lovely Mel and the rest of the team for looking after us and our guests. She happily helped with anything we asked for or needed. Mel’s help made hosting the party absolutely easy, stress free and a very enjoyable birthday for us all.

Hollie had her princess themed party here and loved it. Sophie looked after her and her friends and interacting with them. She was friendly and approachable which you need around children. She made sure we were all okay and kept the children hydrated and had tables reserved for the parents to watch them play. There was sweets puzzles and colouring pictures on the table for the children and lovely decorated hut.

User

Had such a lovely time here so much for the children to do for all ages! The food was lovely and it was so clean would definitely recommend to all my friends.

User

Had my little boys 3rd birthday here today and it was amazing. We were all very well looked after and all the kids enjoyed the soft play, football, slides etc.. We had the lovely Holly and a lovely young lad (sorry didn’t catch your name) looking after us and they did a fantastic job. In Noah’s words this was the best party ever. We will be back very soon and would highly recommend this place for a party - first class service. Thank you again xxx

User

Had my daughters 4th birthday party at tiny town at the end of July. Was really impressed with the service and very impressed with Abby who was helping us with the party. She was very polite, super efficient and a great help. Thanks Tiny town & Abby x

Just had my son’s 6th Birthday party at Tiny Town at the weekend. Izzy our host was brilliant very attentive and friendly. All the children had a fantastic time food was good plenty of choice of Sandwiches. A good time had by all. My only criticism was that the temperature was far too hot All the adults did comment on this especially for this time of the year think the heating could have been turned down.

User

Can’t knock the soft play area and the football facility, it’s good, and sizeable!

What I will mention, is how disgusting it is that you charge £1.50 for a slice of toast. 10p a slice is roughly how much it costs you - even your staff were embarrassed having to charge that, they said themselves how outrageous it is. Charge sensible prices and people will eat and drink more. Carry on trying to rip people off and be greedy, you’ll see more bringing their own stuff in.

I’ll be bringing my own food in for my children next time - policy or no policy.

User

The venue itself is great, my 8 month old loved the soft play.

But being told that I couldn’t give him any of his lunch, because I could only give him baby food that’s bought at the cafe? Even though I’d said we’d be buying our own food/drink from their cafe. It’s ridiculous!

I understand that selling food/drink is how they make their money, but surely you do that of the older kids and adults that attend - not from food that an 8 month old eats?! My son has a particularly sensitive stomach, where new foods upset it, but apparently this wasn’t enough to allow him to eat his own food. We ended up leaving early with a grumpy, hungry child so we could go Starbucks who were more than happy for me to feed him his own food (funny that, pretty sure they make their money from their food and drink too). Not impressed at all, nor with the attitude that we faced from staff.

User

Of all the staff I encountered today, not one smiled once or interacted anymore than absolutely necessary to take money from me. In fact the only time I saw any staff smile was when they were talking to each other. I’ve been 3 times now and your receptionists are always miserable and only give any direction as to your signing in/out policy if asked.

Cheer up you miserable lot. If you don’t like your jobs then do something else!

Your customer service is appalling!!!!

First time yesterday. Wasn't too impressed. Very very hot. The website description is misleading and once you arrive it's a bit of a let down. Where's the cars? The role play accessories? It's just soft play dressed up.

Clean enough but a bit sparse even for a soft play and very busy(but it was a Saturday) Quite expansive entry and expensive bottles of water! Staff were mostly teenagers and the ones I did talk to looked bored out their brains. On the way out I heard a 'thank God it's nearly hometime' from an older member of staff and that's the vibe everyone gave off. Fed up.

Also concerned about the teenagers sat at the tops of the climbing frames hanging out, don't think they were paying customers, maybe owners/staff kids/friends? Nobody looked bothered when told they were there-but then the staff were barely older! Won't be back, sorry! 🤷🏼‍♀️

User

So today I visited tiny town with 3 friends who had 4 paying children between them, I was absolutely disgusted that I got charged £3 for my 2 week old baby, when I asked at reception why I had to pay? I got the reply if u didn’t pay you would have no purpose to be here! Are you joking me? After spending £4.50 on a rubber cheese and ham panini i noticed that the side salad that came with it was actually brown and slimey! Disgusting!!!! To then notice that the £3.50 for the kids snack boxes came with a sandwich crisps a chocolate bar a yoghurt and a drink which I thought wasn’t bad for the price, after asking to change the flaming hot monster munch for quavers.....! And then them saying no because the weight of the crisps is different, so u want a child to burn there mouth yeah????? i then see the crisps and the chocolate bar both stated on the wrappers that these were part of a multi pack and not to be sold separately. Tiny town u should be ashamed of yourselves and need a serious reality check! I will not be returning to you again!

User

Rip off! How can you even justify charging a child that is below the age of 6 months they cannot use anything! You are selling multipack items which is illegal I cannot wait for the day you are closed down by trading standards! You buy in bulk from Tesco and sell for ridiculous prices the food is pathetic for the prices you charge and your facilities are grubby! AVOID!!! People need to boycott this venue and use other local soft play centres such as Adventure kidz or cheeky Dino!
