From the 30th August, Tippy's will be closed every Sunday and Monday. The great food you love will still be here for you Tuesday to Saturday. I hope you are enjoying the summer everyone! X

Went here for the first time yesterday and will definitely be going back. A perfect example of how good service from fantastic characters are the life and soul of an independent business. Not forgetting the fantastic food which will take you back to that trip to Thailand.

We've been coming here since 2002 before kids!! Best Thai food around, not quite as much fun now that we have to bring the kids too 😁

Tippy's is legendary. Amazing service and always a very friendly welcome. It's my favourite restaurant in Newham. Since my children were babies Tippy went out of her way to make food exactly the way they liked it. The whole family adores this place!

The food was amazing and the staff really friendly. You have to take your own booze which I don't mind doing, I think it's kind of quirky!! Would definitely recommend this place. There's not much around East Ham but this is a great little place!!

Really friendly staff food was superb red Thai curry with beef hit the spot followed by sticky rice pudding with banana caramel and ice cream. Reasonable prices

Really fabulous evening. Great authentic Thai food (loved the tempura veg) and Tippy is a lovely hostess. Great menu and superb value.

Lovely staff/owner and the best Thai food I've tasted in the east end. I highly recommend the Penang and Tom yum.

Hidden gem in East London. Need to try Hor mok Talay which can reminds me of a traditional Thai dish. Staff are friendly.

Great atmosphere. One of the very few places still standing in East Ham. Authentic, friendly people, great fresh cooked food. 5* experience.

Excellent, first visited the cafe 2 years ago after reading the amazing reviews. I havnt been back working in the area until now but always remember this place whenever Thai food is mentioned. 2 years on what can I say exactly the same amazing food and busy going back for some Tom Yum next week. Diamond in the ruff.
