As a postnatal doula I support mothers by helping them find their own groove, trust their intuition and expand their knowledge to make informed choices in various areas of importance. I am very much an advocate for natural parenting including, elimination communication, baby-wearing and co-sleeping having experienced the joys of these ways myself. However I am more than happy to make any mother grow and find her own confidence when parenting whilst supporting her own parenting choices and decisions.

All new mothers need support and the kind of support you would like can vary so my postnatal doula work and role is very much decided by you. I am available to discuss any issues or worries you might be facing, I can support you in breastfeeding, take older children to school, walk your dogs, do your laundry and light cleaning around the house; do your grocery shopping, make you breakfast and lunch and make sure you have enough fluids to quench your thirst.
