Thank you Tnt. I had so many problems with parcels2go and Hermes I decided to use Tnt and they were amazing! Quick to pick up my large parcel, was a bit expensive but I'd rather pay for a good service than get messed around from the other 2 companies I just mentioned. I will use Tnt again. When I asked him Tea or Coffee or do you need to use the bathroom he was just staring at me in disbelief checking his delivery notes if he is on the right planet � thanking me for the offer.

You made us wait in for you from 8am. We have a 20 month old child and no garden so not ideal on a baking summer day. Finally you delivered our item past 4pm.



Surely you knew you wouldn't be with us in the morning and had you told us we could have gone out. Other companies text you in the morning to tell you the hour in which delivery will be made, if they can you could. You could do better if you had a bit more thought and care for your customers. I wouldn't recommenced your service.

Why isn’t a 0 star available to choose? Seems to be a lot of driver vehicles breaking down! Or is that just always the excuse for a terrible service?! 2 days stuck in the house in some of the hottest weather of the year as we have been told twice that they’ll pick up a package! More lies here, after waiting in all day on Monday I was told on the phone that someone tried at 2.15pm which is a lie because I was sat in the window watching the front door all day! Just awful

What an absolute joke of a company I’d rather walk the stuff myself to be delivered! Customer services is an absolute waste of time just constant lies from this crap company. Don’t use them ever so many smaller companies that offer a much better service. Dpd all the way

Undelivered item! Checked on my parcel tracking at half 5 as my items still hadn’t arrived since being out for deliver early this morning, to find that the driver has allegedly attempted to deliver at quarter past 5. However I’ve been sat in my front room all day with the door wide open and I can assure you, as can my neighbours, no attempt to deliver my item has been made. Not one single site of a tnt van or this phantom delivery driver has passed down this road.

Absolutely disgraceful and poor quality service. I’ll now have to go pick my parcel up myself with no offer of a refund or a Saturday delivery.

What a crock of shite the service provided(or not provided) in this case is!

TNT, sounds like a perfect name, as they blew our holiday to bits. After planning what was meant to be a lovely holiday, the tents didn’t arrive and we spent 900 pounds sheltering from thunder storms. We had to sleep outside some nights as not everyone had cards or enough extra money to pay for new accommodation leading to everyone getting covered in around 20-30 bites and one of our friends even having to go to hospital when back home. We lost sleep and had to organise what was happening after everyday of hoping that the tents would arrive. I think it’s disgusting TNT will not compensate us any money for our poor circumstances which was out of our control. An awful company who I’d never use again and would advise anyone reading this to also not use.

TNT tracking service, today tracking system shows it's still out for delivery 8/6 by 6pm. It didn't arrive Friday 8/6 they promised Saturday it didn't arrive and today the tracking system has no idea where it is.

Telephone conversations today confirm they are 'not sure where my parcel is', 'could be on the van for delivery, driver not sure'. Electronic tracking, I don't think so!

So day 3 of having to cancel all appointments and wait in until 6pm for a parcel that may arrive or may not!

A high tech professional service, I think not. Beware of a delivery from TNT you may or may not receive it and don't bother looking at the online tracking service. If to be believed their van is still out delivering my parcel from 8/6 so if anyone sees a lost looking TNT delivery in Somerset he may need help as this is day 4 now!

TNT and DPF

TNT service has been absolutely scandalous. Recently received a VAT receipt on a product delivered 4 weeks ago. VAT was only 19 pounds but I have been charged 20 Pounds as DPF and charged VAT on that as well. Absolute scam..TNT seems to be skimming customers by charging exorbitant amounts under the disguise of DPF! No other company charges so much DPF. With DHL they release the product only when you pay VAT, no hidden fees!

When I tried to call them about this, they keep passing me to different departments and then finally call goes to India where some person who has no clue answers and cuts the line when going gets tough!

Spending a lot of time filling in all the required information only to get to the end of placing an order and paying for it. Was informed that my village is not on a scheduled pick up route...choose another. My village is listed as one of the 'others.' If travelling to another village was an option...which it isn't...I'd do it! Should I be checking out another service agency?

Service is poor ! I arranged for collection for next delivery, they didn’t turn up! Deadlines are to be met and these have cost me thousands, I requested a refund, you know what ana said from live chat “no can do”

Regular business customer. Had 2 packages collected, items sent to wrong customers. Returned to me like they had done a tour of Syria. Mistakes happen. Very next collection. Same thing happened. Lost business over this. Never met a more incompetent company. Genuinely like buying a scratch card with this company. Even complaint handlers struggle to rectify serious issues. Only reason they are still in business is because they are cheap and will take anything anywhere. Literally like going to a casino using TNT

Poor company, waiting in all day for my parcel looked at track and trace and its saying its been delivered I'm not sure who to as none of my neighbours have the name that signed for waiting call back to find out where it has been delivered, would be great if the driver attempted to deliver to the correct address or even leave a card to say where they had left it. Needed for birthday present on Sunday so now I have to find something else as its still not sorted and reading the reviews I don't have much hope

I paid for pickup on July 3rd and to date the parcel which they claimed will be delivered in two days to the recepient is still sitting at my house. Her son had to miss prom. No one has contacted me and there is no contact email to ask for a charge back. I've tried calling but to no avail. I need my refund asap. Please advise.

Everything! It seems like this was your first delivery ever. First of all I've requested redelivery of my item on 31st July, but for some reason it has been attempted on the 30th of July. Secondly, the driver never left me a postcard in my letter box (neither the first nor the second time). Thirdly, the depot lost my item!

Appalling Service. Sending an item to the US. They transferred the shipment to Fed Ex and the package appears to have sat at Stansted Airport for 2 weeks without any tracking information being displayed. Suddenly appeared last night on tracking. However I had to send a replacement item at my cost via DHL (wasn't using this circus of a company) and have asked for them to return my original shipment at their cost. Not a company I will use again in a rush !!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service!



I had 13 boxes shipped to Italy. Only 12 boxes arrived. I have made several complaints and phone calls and still no answers as to where my 13th box is and when it will be delivered.



Boxes were delivered 3 days late, Delivery driver in Italy was rude and refused to carry the 12 boxes inside the house, dumping them in front of my house, and claiming that it is not his job to carry the boxes inside. TNT response to this is that they use a third party company in Italy.



Tracking information was inaccurate, and updated once every two days. The tracking information now states that all boxes have been delivered in good condition. They have NOT. One box is missing and one box has been damaged and broken into.



I would like to know where my 13th box is and when it will be delivered. I would also like to make a formal complaint against the delivery driver in Italy and compensation for my damaged box and late delivery of my items.

Absolutely disgusting service from luton branch. Despite an order leaving Luton dept 8am one day, three days later and still no order arrived. we had to do all the chasing, no communication and us having to pay out for £1200 in costs!!
