Job Update !! Firstly a massive Thank you to all who have expressed an interest in both the delivery driver jobs and the front of house ones. We were inundated! If I’ve not got back to you I am sorry. I am still getting expressions of interest and thought it would be easier to do a general post about the situation now - The additional Posts are required due to the the cafe going on Just Eat.
************Drivers ************ We have fully recruited our drivers !!!although if... people want to be placed on an occasional cover list to work when we need additional drivers at busy times or holiday cover please send me your contact details and your availability - if your available to cover weekdays / weekends or both. You must have your own vehicle.
*********Front of House ********** We are almost there !! We have one post left. This is one day in the week and one day at the weekend - 10 Hrs in total. We need someone who has experience of - • working in a very busy cafe or similar work place • dealing with customers in an efficient and polite manner • cash handling • food handling
You will be required to • take and manage food orders - from customers/ over the phone and via the Just Eat app • make drinks • prepare light food orders, such as toasties,paninis and fresh sandwiches to order • clean food prep areas, clear tables and do dishes • work at a fast pace during busy /hectic times Be able to do occasional additional hours to cover staff holidays or busy times would be an advantage
