Welcome to CYP at Tobacco Factory Theatres. If youŌĆÖre aged 8-19 years old (or know someone who is! ) this is the place to find out about what opportunities we have to offer. And keep watching as thereŌĆÖs more to comeŌĆ”!
Our CYP programme has so much to offer this season! WeŌĆÖre thrilled to have launched Young Theatre Makers, our new youth theatre for 14-19 year olds, as well as creating opportunities for 10-13 year olds to engage with us through TAKE IT ON, monthly theatre skills masterclasses. Schools can work with us too through production-related workshops and IGNITION, devising support for exam groups. And weŌĆÖre continuing our sessions for home educated young people. ThereŌĆÖs so much to do - make sure youŌĆÖre a part of it!

Our wonderful Get on Stage company open tonight with their new show The Things We Carry. It's a funny, moving, heartwarming journey through real life interviews, observations and personal recollections - all gathered and written by the performers. They're performing tonight through to Saturday and it's 50 minutes of warmth. Come join us.
We're thrilled to be offering a LGBTQ+ Devising and Performance workshop for 14-18 year olds this half term. Working with queer local director Lizzie Wiggs, it's a day to explore making theatre, and looking at LGBTQ+ performance, scripts and poetry. For more info and to book, click the link below:

What an amazing journey it's been! Our fantastic YTM Perform company did their final show of Chaos tonight and absolutely smashed it. We are so proud of all of them!
