Yesterday’s little helper! I have one appointment left in the first week of December and then nothing until Wednesday 12th. I have some appointments on 13th, 18th, 19th and 20th. Sadly I have absolutely no room left until December. The first week is very limited, I have a few more appointments in the second week, the third week I still have room for a good 7 chimneys and then it’s Chistmas. If the need is there I can open up another day between Christmas and new year but aside from that I have about 15 appointments between now and the new year so get in quick!

Unfortunately I’ve had another cancellation tomorrow late afternoon (Thursday 8th Nov). Don’t forget it is incredibly important for your safety to have a working Carbon Monoxide alarm between 1 and 3m away from your stove or open fire! It is a matter of life and death.

Cases of Carbon Monoxide poisoning up by 7x this year according to ITV Westcountry news this morning. There are 2 ways to help prevent this, make sure you have your chimney swept by a competent individual and make sure you have a Carbon Monoxide alarm between 1 and 3 metres away from your stove! And don’t be upset with your sweep if they condemn your stove, it’s for your safety.
