ANY PERSON NOT CO-OPERATING WITH THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FISHERY WITH NO REFUNDS. CCTV IS IN OPERATION TO THE LAKES AND TO THE DISENFECTION TANKS.
ALSO WE WILL NOW BE LOCKING OUR GATE TO BIG HAYES, LITTLE HAYES, WADMILL AND WILLOW BANK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8PM AND 8AM AS OF IMMEDIATE EFFECT. IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES AND ONLY EMERGENCIES YOU CAN CALL JOHN ON 07974420813.

As some of you may or may not be aware there has been outtbrakes of the Koi Herpes Virus (KHV) in the local area. We are asking all anglers that visit the fishery to make sure all slings, mats and landing nets have been thoroughly dried out before fishing. fished Wadmill on a social with a good friend of mine who we haven’t fished together for 14 years, cracking lake, immaculately kept swims, the staff are very friendly and polite and always on hand to help..we had 15 fish between us to just over 20lb and they all pulled extremely hard. I,ll be back in August to fish Paddock....

Spent our honeymoon there this week, accommodation was excellent couldn't of asked for anything better .

Fished paddock 3 days & caught my first cat fish ..�

Fished little hayes drew a blank

Willow had loads of small carp

Last night fished big hayes & yet again drew a blank ..

Cracking lakes in beautiful surroundings

Me & the wife will be back some time in the near future..

Really friendly and well run fishery. All the guys are helpful and on the ball. Tackle shop to die for..few lakes with parking right by the swim..campsite for those who need ehu..fish all pretty, never had a bad one. 99% of Fisher folk are friendly..never heard of anything bad happening...all good!

Popped in to get a new reel bloke recommended what line to put on and he kindly re lined it for me great help nothing is too much trouble for them they have a great team on hand always answer any questions I have it's a 45 minute drive for me to get there but always worth it I'm glad to call it my local tackle shop

My partner fishes here and I tag along, we always enjoy our time here and have been here numerous times now. The facilities are great, staff are wonderful, the lakes are amazing, swims are clean and very well maintained. We will continue to fish here for a long time as the fish are in great condition and the environment is respected by all anglers. Fantastic experience, Thank you Todber.

My first time fishing here last Friday and it was Awesome i loved the place. The lakes and staff were top notch, 5 star all the way.

Mark. (Lure fishing angler) His knowledge is second to none. Extremely helpful, and happy to advise on the gear that works for him, which will undoubtedly help you the angler put fish onto the bank. Cannot praise this guy highly enough!

Lovely fishery, recommended to me by an old friend. Good swims, well kept and being able to be close to the car/ van is an added bonus� This shall be a regular visit, thank you Todber staff�

It's hard to promote this place when it will encourage more anglers to fish here, because it really is the nuts! The fish in the lakes are stunning, the shop has every requirement you need, the facilities are top notch, and the staff are both friendly and helpful! Long may it continue!

Fished big Hayes caught 38lb cat fish plenty of 20 good fishing Ps don’t seem to catch any fish on the night time very unusual

First time there the weekend 30th June till 2nd July

This place is amazing great spaced out swims with car parking space lovely Specimen carp best I've seen

First time fishing here the weekend. Hoofed 9 out. Blown away to be honest. Nice size swims, lovely fish, lovely environment. Lakes are in a beautiful setting, tackle shop on site (dangerous) managed to get out of there only £20 lighter � can't wait to go back.

Excellent place! I love the peace and quiet whilst my partner enjoys fishing! My dog loves it also, this is her first time sleeping over, and she's been brilliant! Rain, thunder and lightning didn't spoil our fun either! Facilities here are great! Showers excellent and I can even dry and straighten my hair! (That's important to us females!)

Caught my PB on Big Hayes lake.

Brilliant fishery, everything you need in one place with a massive tackle shop and great customer service. The lakes are brilliant with easier lakes for beginners and specimen lakes with carp to over 35lb and catfish to 80lb +. 5*

Great experience fished well on the little Hayes lake had some decent catfish and mirrors beautiful condition good facilities and a shop that's very dangerous for the pocket � in a good way all round brilliant can't wait to fish it again next hit the big Hayes lake I think cheers guys...�

First time here, fished Little Hayes. Nice that you can park next to the lake, some swims you can park literally next to. When wet it can get very muddy like it was today, visit to the jet wash needed after lol.



Fish are in very good condition, no sign of any hook pulls etc. Caught my first fish which was a new PB Common of 20lb 4oz, ji lovely condition and not a mark on it. Bookings could be better, no swim number was allocated when I booked and payed for over the phone, so when you turn up its pot luck on where you can get on, luckily when we arrived there were 2 swims next to each other otherwise we could of been on opposite sides of the lake, swims we were in had plastic Peg markers but no numbers were visible. Maybe staff can place swim numbers on the site map and then we can choose our swims that way when booking, just a thought. Portable loo on Little Hayes is right at the top of the lake, so a long walk to get there, the condition of the facility was dreadful so wife had to jump in car and go to the toilet facilities next to the shop.



Would I return? If bookings and pegs were arranged better then yes, definitely.

Nice place would give it 5 stars but giving it 3 stars because the bookings on lakes could be a bit better as no peg numbers got there was only one peg free when I book 2 pegs so had to ring to get bailiff down to sort it out lucky that a guy was fishing said he would double up with his son on a peg to give us another peg

A great complex with some beautiful fish, but unfortunately Little Hayes is just too shallow & is plagued by bird life! As soon as you cast out your rigs the geese, swans & ducks take it straight off the bottom. The swims are also crawling with rats at night! Will definitely try one of your other lakes next time though. �
