In the run up to Christmas day we are fully booked in the salon so please can you make sure you arrive on time to drop off not to early 5 mins early is ok but not 15-20 mins and the same for collection.
As you know the salon is tiny I don't have much space as it is(even less if it's raining) and I can't keep dogs in the salon for longer than necessary.
If you cannot attend your appointment please let me know as I have a cancellation list.

Emily is fantastic and lulu my standard poodle loves going there for her grooming, highly recommend wouldn't use anyone else � one happy dog when she gets picked up and she know how nice she looks

Emily is a very talented groomer. Seamus just loves his visits with her. He also gets the bonus of hanging out with two of her gorgeous dogs, Odie & Todd! Emily is very patient and knows how to handle him, as he's not too keen on having his nails done! I'd recommend Emily to anyone!

Emily has looked after Izzy for the last 3 years. Izzy can be a little nervous but seems to look forward to her visits to Emily and always comes out looking very smart and with a 'waggy' tail. Would not use anyone else. Well done Emily

Emily has been grooming my dogs for many years and I absolutely adore her. One of my dogs is a bit difficult!!! but Emily just handles him beautifully and he's always exited to see her. I highly recommend this lovely lady and wouldn't let anyone else groom my dogs

Emily grooms my Mum's cockerpoo Lenny and I took my springerpoo Oreo for her first haircut today. She looks amazing! We didn't want her cut too short, she is just how we wanted. Thank you very much. Highly recommended!

Can't fault Emily's amazing talent. She does an amazing job on my cocker spaniel, Molly, (I ask for a short cocker cut) and her new lovely premises are fantastic - check them out! Very light and airy. Posh pooch at the end and a very happy customer; both canine and human alike! :) I'll never go to anyone else. I will happy use Todd's Trims for life! 10/10.
