Their prices is O.K ,the problem is when you asked for a taxi ,they told you 5 min but they will come after 10 min ,10 min then they will come after 15 or 20 min and so on!

Rather that, the drivers are very polite and their prices is ok as I mentioned at the beginning.

A great taxi company only used few times yet but will definitely be the only company I use from now on. The drivers are friendly and they have been on time every time I have booked one. From a personal opinion they are worth the five stars awarded.

I have used Tomkins a few times now and they are always fast and on time and they don't over-charge you or rip you off.

You need to have a real chat with the poor customer service that you have sitting on the other end of the phone. Disgusting telephone manner - to the point where I told him half way through to forget it! Absolutely appalled.
