Don’t get me wrong, I love all the work I do with my clients, whether it’s coaching them on health, relationships, confidence, speaking in public or high performance...I am grateful for it all...
But the business clients...... Well there’s just so much on the line.

From Happy, to Despressed and back to Happy again...
We have the opportunity and the power to choose our own attitude.
... Everyone has a story. Life is full of ups and downs and twists and turns for each and every one of us.
This video has been up on Youtube for a few months, and now I am stepping out from behind the comfort curtain and posting it up on Facebook too.
Even though most of my content is of the same flavour and is a direct product of the philosophy shared in this video...I rarely speak about my "story."
This is my story. All in.
This video wasn't planned, it was the result of 2 people meeting by coincedence at a business event.
1 had a story to share that day and the other knew how to capture it on camera.
