The numbers are in!
We’re delighted to announce that almost 50,000 students and more than 400 schools took part in our first ever live video stream Big Assembly for Tomorrow’s Engineers Week 2018 - making it the biggest ever simultaneous school assembly.
But that’s not all. More than 100,000 people so far have been inspired by our #EngineerOnAMission film series, which showcases stories of inspirational engineers who are on a mission to make the world a better place.

A huge thank you to all the employers, engineers, industry partners, schools, colleges, universities, teachers, parents, and students who have supported #TEWeek18 – together we’ve inspired tens of thousands of young people across the country to take their ideas, passions and dreams and turn them into engineering careers.

Top findings reveal that almost two-thirds (64%) of parents want their children to get jobs they can be proud of and two-fifths (38%) want their child’s future career to have a positive impact on society.
