Tom'S Turkeys Description
Supplying white and bronze turkeys that are born and bred in Yorkshire.
We farm in Harewood with this new venture being named after our middle son, 'Tom'. Tom can't be there to look after the Turkeys every day as he has to go to school, so John looks after them, Monday to Friday.
Our turkeys were barn reared until they were 12 weeks old. At this time they are big and mature enough to venture out, so we open the barn door first thing in the morning and they spend the day grazing and foraging. At teatime we tuck them up in bed to keep them safe from any unwelcome nocturnal visitors.
The turkeys are supplied 'oven ready' for collection or local delivery.
