I've booked a hair colour and cut with the most senior technicians and was put through a ordeal by colour technician who plainly was unprofessional and rude.
By the kindness of the other colour technician and owner of the salon I did get a color I asked for and a great haircut, styling was done by very junior stylist.
It took me 4 1/2 hours to get there.
Utterly disappointed customer of 20 years.

PS. Since my above comments I've tried to book a 'wash and blow dry' in one of the other Tony & Guy salons in Ipswich only to be told that they have been told ( from Colchester) not to accept me as a customer !!
How insecure and unprofessional that is !?

I have had a hair cut and colour with Agnes couple of weeks ago, very happy with results, definaly coming back 😍 And great head massage to ❤️💋Thank you 🌹

Couldn't recommend this salon more! Friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, been recommended a keratin blowdry for my next visit with a £20 off voucher! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience at Toni and Guy. My hair is looking healthy and beautifully styled and coloured .
Jade gave me the perfect shade for my hair - which had been ruined by another hairdressers in Colchester.
I also had thickening extensions done by the wonderful Sarah and it has completely transformed my hair.
Thanks to the team for a professional and excellent service - I will be back.

Amazing staff i've been going since the salon opened and have never looked back and thank's to staff i've not aged over them year's either, as they constantly revamp me .
