Amazing. ...ive never had a massage before. I had a hot stone massage. ...It was lovely. I feel so relaxed now. Julia was wonderful and knows her stuff. She has highlighted that I have displaced hips and this is why I have back trouble 😣. ....so pleased that I should be able to get this sorted now. Will definitely be going again. ....and even when I just want a bit of pampering. 10/10😆

Tonic Day Spa is a little gem of a place. I actually love going in and speaking to the warm friendly staff. Julia is the goddess of massage, anyone with back pain or tension should see Julia. I go once a month for an hour and I feel like a new person. Stress free and feel great after. If you have any doubts don't, just book and you will not be disappointed.
